Thank you for your post. I have started the fullbar program today. Not because it is a New Years Resolution, but it is the perfect time to start after all of the holiday foods. I completely agree with you on the surgery. If that is what you want to do great, but it isn't for me. I have a condition called Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, a condition that affects a large portion of our society. It is difficult for me to lose weight so this will be interesting to see if it will assist me in over coming some big hurtles. I am currently in my 3 quarter of a 9 quarter nursing program. I refuse to be a fat nurse. I will be able to help more people as a healthy nurse...you notice I didn't say skinny. Skinny isn't that important to me healthy is. Although I have no major health issues at a weight of 310 lbs it is not a healthy weight. I will keep you informed on my progress. Again thank you for your post.
